Company Policies

Please be sure to read our policies in full before booking a trip with us. If you have any questions or concerns about our policies, please don't hesitate to contact us.

General Policies

  • Trip prices vary depending on the number of participants. A flat rate deposit is required when booking your trip. Read more about our trip prices HERE

  • We accept all major credit cards and cash 
     

  • Balances and additional participant fees are due the day of your trip with us, prior to departure
     

  • Maximum of 3 passengers on trips
     

  • All passengers must purchase or have a Maine Fishing License. Need one? Purchase it HERE
     

  • Drugs and alcohol are NOT permitted on board (including marijuana)
     

  • Pets are NOT permitted on board (exception for service animals ONLY - must be trained service animals)
     

  • Children under 10 are NOT permitted on board. If you wish to do an on-shore trip or your child has significant fishing experience, please contact us for certain exceptions
     

  • Gratuities: guide tips are not expected, but are customary and appreciated for exceptional service

What happens if I have to cancel my trip?

Cancelation & Refund Policies

  • Full refund if you cancel more than 30 days before your booked trip
     

  • No deposit refund if you cancel less than 30 days before your trip. We will credit your deposit for a future trip with us
     

  • No refunds or credit if you cancel/no-show on the day of your trip
     

  • Safety is our top priority. In the rare event of severe weather conditions or other serious safety conditions on the day of your trip that prevents us from heading out on the water, we will refund your deposit. 
     

  • For your safety, we reserve the right to terminate any fishing trip in progress in the event of severe weather or other serious safety concerns. In this event there will be no refunds given. 
     

  • Unfortunately, if you booked a trip for more people than you intended to, we can not refund for this. If you need to add a 2nd or 3rd person to your already booked trip, please contact us to do this.
